Our gardens provide us the opportunity to share produce, flowers, and educational experiences with our guests. We use a raised bed system due to our thick clay soil as well as square foot gardening techniques and companion planting for pest control and soil health. We believe sustainable gardening doesn’t have to be intimidating and that fresh, nourishing food should be accessible to all. We hope our gardens inspire others to grow their own food.
We practice permaculture principles whenever possible, never use chemicals, and operate a closed loop system with little to no waste. We grow diversified veggies, perennial fruit, and flowers in our gardens. Our produce, flowers, and canned goods can be purchased at the Two Harbors Farmers Market or directly from the farm when in season.
